Registration terms

First: The citizen submits an application for the subsidy, attaching the following documents:

1- The unified card or the civil status identity of the head of the family and its members, with a recent photo of the head of the family only. 2- Confirmation of residence.

Second: The following documents shall be attached to the identification documents stipulated in Clause (First) of this article: - Persons with disabilities and special needs shall submit what supports their inclusion in Law No. (38 of 2013) of Persons with Disabilities. - The widow submits a death certificate with a copy of the registration from the Civil Status Directorate. - The divorced woman submits a final divorce decision with a copy of the registration from the Civil Status Directorate and a custody decision for the children if they are in her custody. - The wife of the missing person submits a decision of loss from the competent court or what proves the state of loss until a decision is issued by the competent court. - An unmarried adult girl under (35) years old who has lost both parents, submitting support from the administrative unit and the testimony of two witnesses stating that there is no legal breadwinner. - Single, unmarried women (those aged 35 and under 55 years) to submit a copy of a civil record supporting marital status. Those who are incapacitated due to illness present a medical decision of their inability to work, and those who are incapacitated by old age, who have reached (55) years of age, for women. - The orphan submitting the death certificate of both parents or the father's death certificate or what supports his loss and the mother's marriage contract with the proof of wills of one of the orphan's relatives from the competent court. - The family of the inmate or the depositor submitting a decision that has acquired the final degree and the sentence period exceeds one year.
