Application of digital government in Tuyen Quang province

Tuyen Quang ID application provides a support function for residents and tourists to comprehensively reflect on activities in the province when noticing problems by sending feedback to the Center for Supervision and Administration. Smart cities with images.

Tuyen Quang Smart City Monitoring and Operation Center piloted 5 solutions to support 5 tasks of smart city services including:

1. Solution Reflecting the scene (temporarily closed for maintenance) to receive and handle citizens' complaints. Includes some key features as follows:

- Send feedback with illustrations

- View the processor's response

- View a list of all submitted feedback

- Search for reflections by areas of interest

2. Administrative procedure solution (under development) to support leaders and specialists to view reports and look up the status of records. Includes the following key features:

- View the statistical report on the processing of records

- View the report of slow processing records

- See notifications of new records to be processed

3. Road Traffic Solution (temporarily closed for maintenance) to support people to look up traffic locations and traffic information in the province. Includes some key features as follows:

- View and interact on traffic maps

- Directions, navigation on the map

- View traffic news in the province

- See the location where the notification is on the map

- See a list of all traffic locations

- Search for traffic locations by type

4. Emergency medical solution (temporarily closed for maintenance) to support people to look up medical locations and medical information in the province. Includes some key features as follows:

- View and interact on the medical map

- Directions, navigation on the map

- View health news in the province

- See the location where the notification is on the map

- View medical knowledge, drug dictionary

- Look up drugs by name, ingredients, registration number

- See a list of all medical locations

- Search for medical locations by type

- Emergency call to 115

5. Solution People's activities (temporarily closed for maintenance) to support people to view announcements about different areas in the province. Includes some key features as follows:

- View and look up electricity, water and sanitation bills by customer code

- View a list of TV subscription notices, taxes, vaccination schedules, warnings from CQNN

- View the list and content of policy documents
